Event success is our number one priority above all else. To ensure you get what you want, we want to emphasize clear communication and outcomes for your next event. Following our process, we can bring your event to life and build upon it!
1. Discovery
Every event is unique, and we want to learn what you want and need to consider your event successful. During this phase, we try and understand what may be challenging and provide solutions and options. We leave no stone unturned and can answer any questions about anything you are worried about or interested in.
2. Planning
This is where we come in and do what we do best! Diagrams, layouts, and designs are all ironed out here and submitted for feedback regularly. We then plan for one to two walkthroughs to finalize the equipment and run of show.
3. Showtime
This is where we get out of the way and let you and your talent do what they do best. After the event, we quickly tear down and provide you with a debrief article outlining what we learned, what could be improved, and recommendations for the next event.

Case Study
Battle Hardened Los Angeles
During July 16-17 at the Pasadena Convention Center, hundreds of players competed for cash, cards, and invites. This event had us bring in a staff of over 15 and included a live stream, commentators, and judges. You can view the event recap and watch our live stream.
